The Jeep Wave Program is a customer loyalty program that is exclusive to Jeep owners. This program is for owners that are looking to get the best care for their vehicles. Free for new Jeep owners and available for eligible vehicles from the 2015 model year or older for additional costs. The Jeep Wave Program offers many features like 24/7 support with just a phone call or online chat away, VIP perks, no-charge same-day car rental, and more.
What is the Jeep Wave Program?
The Jeep Wave Program is a customer loyalty program. If you purchase a 2021 or newer Jeep, you are enrolled. The program is free for the first 36 months of ownership. As a member, you will receive your first three oil changes and tire rotations free of charge. The Jeep Wave program also offers worry-free maintenance and a dedicated 24/7 support line.
What is covered on the Jeep Wave Program trip interrupts?
The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000 per event for lodging, meals, and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus, or airline for the member and their family. In the event, your vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under the Jeep Wave Program or factory warranty. You must also be more than 100 miles from the address of the record. Plus, there is no maximum number of events that can be covered. Members of the Jeep Wave program have access day or night to a set of dedicated representatives who will extend elite customer service and handle any inquiries from Jeep Wave members who call 1-844-JEEP WAVE or visit their account page at jeep.com/wave, and use the Live Chat option on their account page.
Does my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition qualify for the Jeep Wave Program?
If you have a 2021 or newer Jeep, you were enrolled at the time of purchase. If your Jeep is a 2020 model year, then you may have been enrolled as only certain Jeep vehicles were eligible for the plan. Jeep’s between the years of 2016 and 2020 that were automatically enrolled were all trim levels of the Wrangler and Gladiator, the Grand Cherokee Overland, Summit, SRT, Trailhawk, Trackhawk, and High Altitude were enrolled, and the Trailhawk models on the Compass, Cherokee, and Renegade were enrolled in the program. If you are a current Jeep Wave member, you can renew your membership, and if you own a 2015 jeep model or newer, you can sign up for the Jeep Wave program.
