The standard drivetrain for the 2500 is rear-wheel-drive for all models except the Power Wagon, which comes standard with four-wheel-drive.

The Ford F-250 is available as a regular cab, an extended cab, or a crew cab and can be paired with either a 6.8- or an 8.2-foot bed. The F-250 is then available with three different engine options. The standard engine for the F-250 is a 6.2-liter V8 that makes 385 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. The engine comes with a sluggish and old six-speed automatic transmission. The other two engines available for the F-250 is a 430 horsepower 7.3-liter V8 and a turbocharged diesel V8 that makes 475 horsepower. These two engines come paired with a new 10-speed automatic transmission.

The lineup for the Ram 2500 consists of three cab styles, two-bed lengths, and six trim levels. The Tradesman introduces you to the lineup with Bluetooth, heated mirrors, power windows, and vinyl upholstery. On the rest of the lineup, you can expect to find features such as heated & ventilated seats, LED lighting, leather upholstery, smartphone integration, forward collision warning, parking sensors, the RamBox cargo management system, a power side step, a 17-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and a 12-inch touchscreen with navigation.

2020 Ford F-250 Features & Design

The base model Ford F-250 is known as the XL and comes with a trailer tow package, telescoping tow mirrors, and a removable locking tailgate. Interior features for the XL include a rearview camera, vinyl upholstery, and a four-speaker sound system. One step up in the model lineup is the XLT with cloth upholstery, a USB port, heated mirrors, and power windows. On higher trim levels, you can find adaptive cruise control, a power tailgate, and leather upholstery. Optional features include the off-road-oriented Tremor package, a 48-gallon fuel tank, and a heavy-duty trailer tow package that can only be paired with the turbodiesel engine.
